Vacant Home Staging:

We will bring our furniture, art, and decor into the home. It's a minimum of $900 for a fully vacant home and the actual price will vary based on the number of rooms/items we are bringing in.
If we are supplementing a home that someone is still living in with our furniture and decor, this is a minimum of $900 and the price will vary based on the amount of items we are bringing to the home.

Restyle:

We will visit the homeowner at the home and provide a detailed report giving them advice on how to prepare their home for photos. This service is $250
We will come to the home and do the actual work of restyling the home for the homeowner. This service is $950
We will come to the home 1 hour before the photographer shows up and ensure the home is fully prepared for photos. We call this "Photo Ready" and this service is $250.

Pay at Close:

If the property is located outside the map area highlighted, there is a $100 travel fee added per trip.

Each vacant or occupied staging is typically 3 trips. Restyle and Photo Ready services are usually only 1 trip, and our Premium Restyles are typically 2 trips. Sell for More services are not offered outside the map area.

Our other services—Short Term Rentals and Interior Design—will have travel fees added as necessary or incorporated into the cost of the service.
