The hardest part of home remodeling and staging is how many choices there are. So, to solve that problem, we have compiled a simplified selection. We have a warm and cool color palette to choose from. It's beige or grey. Having only two options makes people feel less overwhelmed and more likely to move forward with the project.

Paint
Sherwin-Williams is a high-quality brand. They make two colors that go with any wood tone. Our—or beige color—is Accessible Beige and our cool—or gray color—is Agreeable Gray. It's important to pick a color that goes with the wood tone in the home so sellers don't have to paint cabinets or trim. That is a high dollar investment, and the return may not be as high as if you match the wood. It's so important to get the paint color right that you can lose money if buyers feel they have to repaint by choosing the wrong color.
Flooring
Again, we have chosen a beige or gray color for our flooring options. The carpet comes from Phenix Carpet. They are a leading manufacturer of quality residential carpets. The “Entice” line is crafted out of SureSoftSDTM with the added protection of Microban® that is designed to prevent the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew.
