Vacant Home Staging

We have 2 options. Please see detailed descriptions of these services HERE

  1. We will bring our furniture, art, and decor into the home. It's a minimum of $900 for a fully vacant home and the actual price will vary based on the number of rooms/items we are bringing in.
  2. If we are supplementing a home that someone is still living in with our furniture and decor, this is a minimum of $800 and the price will vary based on the amount of items we are bringing to the home.

Restyle

We have 3 different options. Please see detailed descriptions of these services HERE

  1. We will visit the homeowner at the home and provide a detailed report giving them advice on how to prepare their home for photos. This service is $225
  2. We will come to the home and do the actual work of restyling the home for the homeowner. This service is $550
  3. We will come to the home 1 hour before the photographer shows up and ensure the home is fully prepared for photos. We call this "Photo Ready" and this service is $200.

Our Service Area

Please note: there is a $100 travel fee added per trip for us to travel to properties that are generally outside of the following area:

North of Wellington
East of Greeley
West of Overland Trail
South of Johnstown
General service area in red

We are no longer servicing jobs in Estes Park, Livermore, Bellvue (if in the mountains), Cheyenne, and anything South of Longmont.
