The Challenge

This property had been a long-term rental for our client for many years. When the tenant vacated, they left a bit of a mess. We painted and changed the flooring, and the light fixtures were replaced. Instead of replacing the dated countertops, we coated them for a more modern look. We changed out cabinet hardware and bathroom fixtures as well. All these upgrades were made to increase the value of the property,

We did renderings to show the owner what the possibilities were. Our 3D modeling program allows clients to walk through the design to understand their new space. We often don't need to do this, but with such dramatic changes, we wanted to show our clients what we could do.
